- Comp.lang.c is for the discussion of the C language itself - that is, aspects
- of C progamming that are independent of platform, operating system, or
- application.

- "door programs" are a very specific applcation, being something used only with
- BBS programs (and only with MS-DOS??). While there may be a few readers of
- comp.lang.c who are familiar with door programming, you are likely to find many
- more in the newsgroups dedicated to the subject, as mentioned by the previous
- poster.
